You will get to workalongside innovative teams and individuals every single day and get access toour amazing NPD Kitchen onsite. What are the key ingredients needed for the role?To be an NPD Manager, we are looking for someone to have a FoodScience, Food Technology, or relevant science related degree.Previous experience as an NPD Manager or senior NPD/R&D ProductDevelopment Technologist who is ready to take the next step. It would be greatif you can demonstrate the scaling up process from trial to a commercialmanufacturing operation. Experience of working in a commercial manufacturing environment where bakinghas been a key element in the manufacturing process would be ideal, as wouldbeing able to demonstrate experience in building successful retailerrelationships.Final part of the mix.Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with keystakeholders quickly, not afraid to get hands on and is passionate and creatingexciting products.You may have had experience or be interested in the following: NPD Manager,New Product Development, Food Consultant, Innovation Manager, SeniorDevelopment Technologist, Food Manufacturing, Interim NPD Manager, R&D etc
