· Accountable for our factory baking standards for all products, working closely with the Master Biscuiteer, CI and operations teams to ensure they are fit for purpose

  • Accountable for ‘bench to factory’ implementation of product development in collaboration with the Brand Manager and innovation agency, ensuring NPD is delivered efficiently, effectively and within capability, quality, timeline and cost standards.

· Accountable for supporting the competence within our bakery team, through providing them with the tools, guidance and coaching to ensure consistency of output vs baking and product standards

· Support the capital development plan, which will support the growth of the Company

· Responsible for mitigating the risk of bakery knowledge loss, through ensuring that “know how” is properly captured and documented throughout the business

· Accountable for keeping the business up to date in biscuit manufacturing trends, attending tradeshows, innovation forums and customers as needed

  • Accountable for ensuring compliance with food safety, quality and legal standards as well as compliance with industry codes of practice throughout product improvement and product development.
  • Accountable for facilitating resolution of any issues arising from implemented improvements in product quality or launch of a product in partnership with key stakeholders
