We are delighted to be working with a fast-growing innovative business which designs, builds, operates, maintains, and finances low carbon district energy networks and building energy systems for communities.

Your lead responsibility as part of the Contract Management Team will be helping to deliver contract Energy Services Contracts and Management Service Contracts to Client SPV’s. In doing so, this role will support the business ensure contractual compliance. You will work closely with our Clients as well as our internal Operations and Customer Services Team across a range of projects.

The role:

Participating on the delivery of our projects during operational phases working with and supported by the wider team, in more detail this will include:

  • Managing key client relationships
  • Delivering projects with multiple stakeholders and contractual relationships
  • Provide reporting to clients
  • Attend client meetings
  • Communicate contractual requirements with the wider business
  • Project management

About you:

We are looking for someone who is organised, self motivated and be able to take sole lead to manage projects. You must be comfortable communicating with internal team members, cleints and with contractors and specialist suppliers.

  • Experience with managing multiple tasks
  • Experience of managing projects with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of contracts and legal terms
  • Understanding of building services and utility networks is advantageous
  • Fully IT proficient
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive and “first time right” approach
  • Willingness to think differently, to innovate and to proactively look at new and better solutions
  • Solid analytical skills, comfortable with interpreting data to assess viability and drive solution development
  • A willingness to travel within the UK
