We are hiring for a Mixer Operator, who has a major part in the smooth running of the factory to ensure that all fans of this popular brand can be covering their hot crumpets in butter, every morning.
As a Mixer Operator your duties will include:
Reporting to the team leader, the main duty is to weigh & mix the batter for the specific customer
Mixing the ingredients as per the recipe to make the batter for the crumpets
Operating the mixing machinery to ensure the batter is of a high standard
Weighing the products by following the specific client recipe
Working to high food quality and hygiene standards.
Operating a fully automated plant
Checking the product quality by process control
Cleaning of equipment and production areas
Completing documentation for food safety and traceability
In your role as a Mixer Operator you will have:

Regulatory and legislative knowledge and experience ensuring compliance.
