Support commissioning of new equipment onsite, transitioning from mechanical and electrical installation to production handover.
Lead reviews, capability studies, preparation and compilation of progress reports for process introduction and change in serial production.
Manage the project data file capturing salient data including design and rationale, trials data, process definition including drawings and specifications, certification and safety data.
Ensure equipment improvements based on a sound understanding of the materials which are being processed, co-ordinating and capturing supporting data, enabling controlled process change.
Develop suitable KPI’s to track equipment effectiveness ensuring performance and output quality remain high, including for example material utilisation, through normal running conditions and any change activities.
Assist in identifying the root cause of performance loss and process change, if necessary, required to remedy.
Support Risk Assessments on processes and equipment used on site.
Requirement and Criteria
Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a similar subject.
Minimum of three years relevant practical experience in Engineering field.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level administration and organisation skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Must be systematic, detail oriented, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks with discretion.
