Our client who’s a leader in providing Land and Estate Agency, Valuation and Surveying services in Cumbria, Dumfries & Galloway, the Scottish Borders and beyond since the 80s are looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their experienced and knowledgeable professional team who’s committed to providing a comprehensive and personal service tailored to their customer’s needs.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Leading sales negotiation and progression
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings, seeking feedback, and liaising with vendors
  • Negotiating offers, co-ordinating closing dates and preparing memorandums of sale
  • Liaising with vendors, other agents, and solicitors to ensure a smooth progression of sales to completion
  • Assisting with preparation of brochures and pre-marketing preparation
  • Setting an example to fellow team members
  • Supporting less experienced team members with training and guidance
  • Dealing with and processing phone and e-mail enquiries


About you:


Desirably, you will have knowledge of estate agencies and how they operate across both England and Scotland. However, our client is open to receiving applications from outside of the property industry should you feel, you could bring something a little different to the existing team.


  • A full UK driving license is essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • Highly motivated and organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
