Reporting to the Mill Manager, the Site Administrator will be a key member of staff supporting the operation of the sawmill by providing general administrative support.
The role:
Processing purchase orders and invoicing
Preparation of weekly & monthly accounts
Payroll related tasks
Maintaining accurate records for site staff within the employee database and personnel files
Administration of employment paperwork
Other general related administration tasks
About You:
Already an experienced administrator with the ability to prioritise and manage a challenging workload, you will also need to be highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated, with an excellent working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as an aptitude for figures and data manipulation, are essential for the role.
